I have always loved technology and how we can use it to make our lives easier. Agriculture has been in my blood since I was a little kid, so being able to combine these two passions here at VAS has been one of the best experiences of my career so far. As a Software Support Specialist, I assist producers with getting the most out of DairyComp taking them to the next level in efficiency and profitability. The most rewarding part of my job is hearing from customers on how much our team has helped their operation run smoother and the hard work we do really makes a difference. Before VAS, I was on-farm for 10 years, so being in that daily life prior, it helps me make a connection with customers and support them in any way I can.
As advanced as dairy farms and technology are becoming, VAS will continue to be at the center of these operations, contributing to their success. Whether it’s making a worklist to help fulfill a task more efficiently or setting up an automated task to help take the worry out of remembering that one thing every day, we play a part in that.
