"In It to Win It": Trans Ova Celebrates People with TOGies Awards

Every 18 months, Trans Ova gathers for their company-wide summit, a time for team members across various locations to connect, reflect, and celebrate our shared goals. This event brings their team together, whether they attend in person or virtually, to strengthen bonds and deepen their commitment to advancing the TOG mission. Central to the summit is the TOGies awards ceremony, an exciting tradition inspired by the famous “Tony” awards, which honor outstanding individuals who truly live out our core values.

The TOGies recognize the best and celebrate those who embody the essence of Trans Ova’s commitment to integrity, commitment, teamwork, innovation, and client success. Each award is more than just a recognition; è a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of team members who inspire others through their example. The TOGies ceremony is a reminder of the invaluable contributions the team makes and the standards of excellence that drive Trans Ova forward.

This year’s summit theme, “In It to Win It,” highlighted the commitment, tenacity, and drive that fuel their team’s success. Reflecting this theme, they awarded the ultimate “In It to Win It” awards to team members who exemplify relentless dedication, competitive spirit, and a winning mindset. This honor represents the summit’s focus on achieving excellence, both individually and as a team, and celebrates those who go above and beyond in service of our mission. This award is a powerful reminder of our commitment to winning together through hard work, integrity, and innovation.

Alongside the TOGies and theme-based awards, they kept the atmosphere light-hearted with fun, crowd-pleasing awards that celebrate the team’s unique personalities and quirks. From the “Office Social Chair,” awarded to the ultimate organizer of social gatherings, to the “Busy Bee,” given to the team member whose to-do list never seems to end, these awards honor the contributions that make our workplace culture vibrant and engaging. The “Light at the End of the Tunnel” award goes to our most optimistic team member, while the “Pop Culture Expert” keeps everyone informed about trending topics. Other categories include the “Energizer Bunny,” the “Running with the Bulls Award” for risk-takers, and the “Duct Tape Award” for our problem-solvers. Each award is a nod to the humor, energy, and spirit each team member brings to Trans Ova, making it more than just a workplace—it’s a community.
