Alta Genetics trouve de nouveaux moyens d'améliorer le parcours des clients grâce au marketing numérique

In late March, Alta launched its first digital marketing campaign, focusing on providing education and building awareness around the FeedWise™ ONYX™ program in the USA. Through this automated three-part email series targeted to prospects, Alta’s marketing team has analyzed how these prospects interact with the email campaign, gauge prospects’ interest, and provide qualified leads to the Alta USA sales team. 

Following the campaign’s initial push and the invaluable effort put forth by the Alta USA sales team, the team saw sales for FeedWise™ ONYX™ that were higher than in any previous month. 

In June, Alta released a second digital marketing campaign on Alta COW WATCH intending to generate excitement about a new subscription option and the benefits of the system. Similar to the FeedWise™ ONYX™ campaign, identified prospects receive a multi-part automated email campaign. Building off these efforts, Alta launched the “Alta COW WATCH–Built Around Your Cows. Built for You.” campaign to drive new prospects and interest in the market. 

With support from our sales teams, parts of this campaign have been implemented in three of Alta’s retail markets so far, resulting in many new conversations and enhanced interest in the product.

These efforts demonstrate the value of strong partnerships between sales and marketing and the role that digital marketing can play in engaging prospects and clients with our brand and products. We’re excited to continue expanding on these efforts and working with Alta’s teams around the world to offer these types of campaigns in more markets.

Through these unique and new ways of enhancing the customer journey, Alta has strengthened brand awareness in multiple markets across the globe and reached new customers, leading to new and increased sales opportunities. Looking to the future, Alta is excited to continue finding ways to use digital to enhance the customer journey and introduce these efforts to even more retail markets.
