The URUS New Manager Workshop is an essential component of the New Manager Onboarding Program, spanning the first six months of a leader’s transition. The program is built on a blended learning approach, integrating:

  • Leveraging the URUS Network – Creating high-impact teams by connecting with broader URUS resources and peers.
